The territories selected are : Colombelles (Calvados), Colombey-les-Belles (Meurthe-et-Moselle), Jouques (Bouches-du-Rhône), Mauléon (deux-Sèvres), the Metropolis of Lille, the community of municipalities of Nièvre and Forest (Nièvre), the Thirteenth arrondissement of Paris, Pipriac (Ille-et-Vilaine), Thiers (Puy-de-Dome) and Villeurbanne Saint-Jean district (Rhône).
