Kerviel considers “bleached” by the testimony of police – Le Point

Jérôme Kerviel is considered “cleared” by the new testimony of police in charge of the investigation into the loss of the Company general and now calls for a “fair” trial which he considers not having yet benefited, he said Tuesday in an interview with RTL. The testimony of the former investigator, for whom “the hierarchy of Jerome Kerviel could not ignore the position (he had) taken”, had “a real resonance” with the former trader. “For me, I’m white,” he added. Jerome Kerviel honored this police, Nathalie Roy, who had, he said, “tremendous courage. I can not thank her enough.”

Today, the former employee of the Societe Generale demand “a new trial, (…) that all elements are clearly discussed. I want a fair trial, something I have not had” to date. He seized last week, the Hearing Committee of the Court of revision and review of criminal convictions, first step towards the possible cancellation of his sentence to five years of imprisonment, of which three farm, and be held a new trial.
