(Boursier.com) – Renault and Bolloré must announce an agreement on Tuesday in electric vehicles. One year after the start of negotiations between the two groups, Reuters says that the next Bluecar, known especially Parisians who use the system Autolib self-service will be gradually industrialized in Dieppe, Seine-Maritime, effective the second half of 2015, with the automaker. So far, the Bluecar was fully assembled in a factory in Italy initially detained with Pininfarina, designer of the vehicle.
Creation of a joint venture
The agreement also provides the design of the next three places Bluecar Technocentre Renault, and production of this model in Dieppe. Both groups must also announce the creation of a joint venture 70% owned by Bolloré and 30% by Renault in car sharing. 300 employees in Dieppe
Autolib was launched in late 2011 and now operates 2,500 cars and 5,000 Bluecar charging points in Paris and in the Paris suburbs. Renault side, Dieppe, the smallest of the manufacturer plants, employs 300 people and specializes in the production of sports cars in the group, as the Clio RS.
