Rent in paris : half of homeowners donors are in the country illegally – The World

CLCV has examined 800 classified ads on eight websites – Pap.fr, Leboncoin.fr, Fnaim.fr, Century21.fr, Seloger.com, Orpi.com, Foncia.com and Nexity.fr –, with equal sharing, both between the rentals bare and furnished only between the owners, landlords and estate agents.

Abuse of small surfaces

It appears that 75 % of the ads placed by real estate agencies are in accordance with the rent regulation, compared to only 51 % of those from an individual who rents out live.

These abuses are concentrated on small surfaces and the famous” maid’s room ” : 46 % of the ads of flats for rent in the capital displayed a rent to be excessive, compared to 12 % for apartments and 4-room.
