Sales Dailymotion: the Hong Kong PCCW closed group discussions
Paris – Hong Kong PCCW Group announced Monday its decision to end the discussions on the acquisition of 49% due Dailymotion the opposition of the French government in exclusive negotiations with the operator Orange, owner of the video platform.
The media group Vivendi would also have made an offer of 250 million euros to buy nearly all of platform, says Le Monde Monday on its website.

According to the newspaper Le Monde, Vivendi intends to acquire substantially all of the site for € 250 million.
This offer should be presented and debated Tuesday, April 7 at an exceptional board operator Orange, Dailymotion owner, the newspaper said.
When contacted by AFP, a spokesman for Vivendi has wished to make any comment.
