Paris (AFP) – The number of job seekers without any activity reached 3,496,000 in December in France, or 8,100 people over in a month and 189,100 over the year 2014, according to statistics Pole Employment published Tuesday.
The increase is 0.2% on month and 5.7% year on year. Taking into account the unemployed with reduced activity, 5.21 million people were on the lists in France and 5.52 million with the overseas territories.
