Ongoing discussions that relate to 2015 take the same path as the previous two years, which were inconclusive. The unions do not understand the intransigence of employers road after two years on the white while the companies in the sector payroll regained some margins with competitive employment tax credit (CICE), the decline in fuel prices and the abandonment of the environmental tax. They are demanding an increase of 100 euros net for all.
The CFDT has left the negotiating table and is about to announce mobilizations that will take place at the end of next week. For its part, the CGT provides a day of action Jan. 19, 2015, two days before the last negotiation meeting.
