IT: successful takeover of Atos Bull – Boursorama

The tender offer (OPA) launched friendly by the French IT services company Atos on the computer specialist professional Bull managed, according to a notice published Monday by the Financial Markets Authority (AMF).

After the end fixed August 5 ultimate deposits of shares, Atos is likely to hold 84.25% of the share capital and voting rights of Bull, said the AMF, which later announce details of reopening of the bid.
