A year almost to the day after he joined the government, Secretary of State to State reform and simplification, Thierry Mandon, announced Monday 1 st of June, a new wave of simplification measures for companies and individuals. The said program of “simplification shock” announced in 2013 by Francois Hollande aims to make faster and more effective relationships between citizens or business and administration.
Of the 92 provisions announced on Monday , 40 and 52 concern the specific business. According to the Government, all devices already in force would have to achieve 3.3 billion euros in savings, with gains of state and local governments and those of business. The savings are expected to reach a total amount of 11 billion euros in 2017.
The simplification program for enterprise now has 273 measures, of which 38% is already effective.
