86% of French opposition to the economic policy of … – Le Parisien

The government’s economic policy collects almost unanimously against it …. Nearly 9 out of 10 French consider it in poor indeed, although a majority of them feel that Emmanuel Macron did a good economy minister, according to a survey * Odoxa for Les Echos to be published Monday.



The French are 86% believe that the current economic policy of the government is wrong. They are only 14% see it in a favorable light. The rejection comes from both the right (95% bad opinions) than the left (71%).

However, this does not prevent the Minister of Economy, Emmanuel Macron, of be popular, 62% of French thinking it is a good minister. The French are even a majority (58%) to say ready to vote if they were MPs, the Macron Act activity and growth that will be presented next Wednesday by the Cabinet.

Finally, 70% of French people support the authorization to open on Sundays stores and 64% at the opening to competition of certain regulated professions.

* This survey was Odoxa performed for Les Echos and Classic Internet Radio 4 and 5 December with a sample of 999 people, “representative of the French population aged 18 years and over” and according to the quota method.
