A few months after the final takeover of Alcatel-Lucent, Nokia gave the kickoff to a cost restructuring plan. “When we announced the acquisition of Alcatel-Lucent, we are committed to reach 900 million euros in synergies, and this has not changed,” , said Rajeev Suri, the group’s boss in a statement.
