Until the establishment of a possible aid package, the 28 countries of the European Union have granted Friday, July 17 emergency funding of seven billion euros to Greece in the form of a loan that will allow the country to meet some of its commitments. Speaking to the press, Valdis Dombrovskis said during a debt restructuring would be part of the negotiations:
