Leclerc should be forced to repay discounts granted by 48 of its suppliers, such as Bonduelle, Ferrero or Backgammon.
Prices of negotiations to the detriment of suppliers
Justice believes that Leclerc has negotiated with suppliers, end of year discounts (RFA) abuse in 2009 and 2010.
