Work begins for the Grand Paris Express “project of the century in IDF” – Le Figaro

These investments will be financed mainly by underwriting loans from 2017 (for a period of 40 years after the latest service) , including a financing agreement with the Caisse des depots et consignations 4 billion and a loan from the European investment Bank for € 1 billion.

The Grand Paris Express also has three tax revenues, tax offices and commercial surfaces (350 million annually), the special tax of “Grand Paris” equipment (117 million euros) and tax on rolling stock (over 500 million).
