The French very critical with the economic balance of Holland – Boursier.com

President proclaims that France “is better”, but the opinion does not, according to a BVA poll

(Boursier.com). – François Hollande proclaims the past several weeks, France “getting better” economically. But this optimism is not shared by the French, as they are only a week to see the situation improve in this area. According to a BVA poll for BC Consulting, 36% believe that the economic situation is deteriorating “in recent months”. They are 48% think it will not change and 15% find it improves.

The opinions are very divided, however, as LR and FN sympathizers are respectively 45% and 65% consider that the situation is deteriorating, a sentiment shared by only 11% of PS sympathizers. Two-thirds of French (66%) believe that the economic situation will be worse at the end of the mandate of François Hollande in 2017, against 30% who think otherwise.



Not better with LR

Regarding the action of François Hollande, 81% of respondents consider that its balance sheet is negative in the economic field and even 41% describe it as “very negative”. Half of the respondents think that if Republicans were in power, the economic and social situation would be the same as today and a quarter it would be worse. In the event that the National Front would lead the country, 55% of French feel that the economic situation would be worse. The latest unemployment statistics are greeted with suspicion. 65% of French respondents, they poorly reflect what is actually happening in France at the job.
