“Panama Papers” Schäuble is proposing a plan against tax havens – Liberation

The German Finance Minister, Wolfgang Schäuble, will propose a plan “ten points” intended to fight against tax havens, including by establishing a “blacklist” single tax havens, reported on Sunday the German media.
