Life in Paris is not pleasant for everyone. * According to a study published on Thursday 1 September by Cadremploi a francilien part in two (53%) is not satisfied with his position, mainly because including time lost in transport (70%). A third of respondents live in Paris, two-thirds in the suburbs, and 44% have a transportation time greater than 45 minutes to get to work. The cost of housing is a problem for 57% of respondents and 55% of them complain too polluted environment.

If 41% executives are satisfied with their situation (interest in the business, cultural attractions of the capital), 80% of executives still end up dreaming of an exodus in the coming years. And among the candidates from three quarters suggest a move in three years, more than a third in a year.

From 83% are willing to make concessions. More than half of the Paris executives surveyed (54%) say they would lower their salary, 48% in converting 36% lower post. 32% are even willing to move away temporarily from their families.

BORDEAUX, DESTINATION

From where? The Ile executives prefer big cities, starting with Bordeaux. Placed at the top by 56% of respondents, the sleeping throne this year at the top of the podium of the most attractive towns by enrolled cadres on the website of vacancies and career management consultancy.

Lyon moved up to second place ahead of Nantes. Then come Toulouse, Montpellier, Nice, Rennes, Marseille, Lille and Strasbourg.

* The survey was conducted from July 7 to 12 self-administered online questionnaire to 3,689 Parisian managers registered on the website of Cadremploi. The proportion of unemployed managers is not specified. According Cadremploi, a large majority of registered services site in positions.
