The union FMF doctors will sign the new tariff agreement which provides for an upgrading of the consultation to 25 euros in general, has he announced Sunday 21 August, opening the way for the validation of the negotiated text for five months with health insurance.
“We will sign the text. 52.95% of the members of the FMF (Federation of physicians of France) voted for the signing of the new agreement” has told AFP its president, Jean-Paul Hamon, following a general meeting of the union.

27 July a memorandum of understanding had been signed by two unions in five – MG France (general) and the Bloc (surgeons), but a third signature was essential to enable the validation of the text governing relations of 115,000 private doctors with sickness insurance and fixed their fees for five years. The consultation will be increased to EUR 25 to May 1, 2017.
“We do not jump for joy. This agreement is far from satisfying us, it is not structuring” nevertheless said Jean-Paul Hamon, adding: “But by signing we expect to be able to carry more weight in discussions” . About € 960 million on the table by the health insurance at the end of negotiations, the representative of the FMF said:
“A left at bay we always give more than the right. “
Advanced signature Date
There remains, now, to know the decision of the first union of occupation, CSMF which will give its response to the outcome of a general meeting on 25 August. As for the SML, it has already called on its departmental representatives to vote against signing the text at its General Meeting, scheduled on the same day as that of the CSMF.
The date of signature of the new agreement was advanced to 25 August at 16.00, told AFP health Insurance, which had previously held August 26 in the morning.

the new agreement, established after five months of negotiations between unions and health Insurance, provides, besides the upgrading of two euros consultation with a general who would thus increase to 25 euros, a ranking of consultations according to their complexity with acts 25, 30, 46 and 60 euros or aid of 50,000 euros for installation in medical deserts.
Including the additional health, all measures would cost in full nearly 1.3 billion euros, double the previous agreement.
