PARIS (Reuters) – The values of the day on the Paris stock Exchange Tuesday, public holiday, where the CAC 40 has increased its losses in the afternoon in the wake of Wall Street, and is dropped below the symbolic threshold of 4.500 points. The index closed down 0.86% to 4.470,28 points in volumes of trade, limited to 86% of their average of the past three months on Euronext.
* RENAULT has lost 2,19% 77,38 € and PSA GROUP has transferred to 1.14% at 13,49 euro on news of a 4% decrease of registrations of new vehicles in France in October, according to the Committee of French manufacturers of automobiles (CCFA). Renault sales were down 9.2%, and those of PSA of 5.8%.
* The automotive oems have also accused the coup. FAURECIA has dropped 3.03% to 32,495 euros and PLASTIC OMNIUM 2.48 per cent to 28,945 euros, among the biggest declines of the SBF 120 index (-0,89%).
* SANOFI has finished at the head of the rare increases in the CAC 40 (+0,13% 71,05€). The american laboratory Pfizer (-2,25%) announced the termination of the development of a anticholestérol which was supposed to be a competitor of the Praluent of Sanofi.
* AXA has also resisted the wave downward(+0.07% to 20,55 euros) after it announced the completion of the sale of its life business, savings and pensions in the United Kingdom.
