Airbus and Safran Group have finalized on 30 the establishment of their joint venture Airbus Safran Launchers, creating the first European space company. This alliance is expected to lower launch costs with Ariane 6 to try to compete with Falcon 9 SpaceX, Elon Musk’s society.
