The British court issued its judgment Friday on banning Myferrylink ships to dock at the port of Dover, England. She actually decided in favor of the French shipping company against the Authority of the UK competition (CMA). The subsidiary of Eurotunnel thus allowed to resume its operations in the Calais-Dover line. In addition, the company is no longer obliged to sell its ferries.
Myferrylink sailors, who lived a long time with the threat of extinction, considered that this decision is more than a relief. According to them, it is a “very good surprise” and a “Christmas gift before its time.”
